HISTORY

The Chocolates Roma History began in 1994, at the Casamali Family residence in the city of Toledo, with “mandolates” productions. Mr and Mrs Casamali splitted the task day-to-day. While the Wife, Mrs. Rose prepared the recipes and her husband Mr. Rosalino, made sales and distribution of products.

Bit by bit, new products were being incorporated into production: small eggs, small balls and chocolate easter eggs, demanding the hiring of the first employees and the change to a new location, in Street of Pioneiros. The kitchen had already small due so many purchase orders!

In 1999 there was a need to expand and modernize the entire manufacturing process, invested in new equipments, persons and in physical structure with enough space to accommodate the new production lines. At this time, Chocolates Roma transfers its own facilities to the adrress Plant Road, neighborhood Tecnoparque, being the first company to be part of the industrial complex. Place where it is still today!
